rAge Events Expo enlisted DarkMatter to enhance its 2023 annual event through a fully integrated digital strategy. Our role spanned pre-event marketing, real-time event coverage, and post-event engagement.

Key objectives included:

Strategy

To align with the event’s objectives, DarkMatter developed a three-phase content strategy, ensuring consistent engagement before, during, and after the event.

    • Created "happy snaps" spontaneous, in-the-moment photography showcasing the vibrant energy of the event.
  3. Post-Event Engagement:
    • Delivered a highlights reel and photo content, allowing attendees to relive the experience.
    • Provided content assets for future marketing efforts, ensuring longevity in audience engagement.

With a 10-person production team on site, DarkMatter was embedded within the event, capturing the atmosphere in real time and instantly delivering content across social platforms.
