Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with creative, marketing, and production teams to deliver high-quality work.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and post-campaign analyses to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and propose new initiatives.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in a creative, digital, or marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
