In 2019, Aramex South Africa approached DarkMatter to create a new courier web application that would facilitate nationwide collection and delivery of goods. Our team seamlessly collaborated with theirs to create a platform from the ground up that would be the first of its kind in South Africa to allow consumers to digitally order parcels.
Developed from the ground up, DarkMatter created a nationwide digital parcel courier service – a first of its kind in South Africa.
We wanted to create an interactive experience that got users to engage with the brand by partaking in the action of clicking. This was an obvious link to the brand and the easiest way of DarkMatter to capture users details and drive them to using Click-Way Couriers.
Features included a real-time leaderboard to create competitiveness as well as a share feature to create virility across social media.
This campaign leveraged the 2020 Olympic Games, with our version being called the Click Olympics.
DarkMatter created our very own content with athletes like “Clickstiano Ronaldo” and “Clicksta Semenya”. The content and associated game saw an increase in both engagement and traffic.
